Turning, all eyes to the clouds reveal something strange

earth, astounding, dazzling

This falling star has caused such altered minds forever
On the ground feel the sound
Vibrating through the souls of the land
Dust is rising up, fills the air around a strange sensation

hot eyes start streaming
Thoughts screaming but no voice can be heard
Moving slowly a figure appears in white
Through shimmering mist, glowing
All around with fear and doubt crawling out to see the sight
Are they creatures here to harm or the gods come down to

The form of new beginnings (Breath the freezing air)
Found in ancient times (This can’t last forever)
Land moving (Just waiting)
World Turning (In the Ice winds)
Walking through the icefield (Mind is in a trance)
Journey to beyond (Hidden out of sight)
Reach forward (Swept upwards)
Hold tightly (In the Ice winds)
Across the bridge of fragile ice
The only way to make it to the safety of the cave
Stepping out through all of winters rage
A place where icefloes fall
A world to be reborn.
Scaled the icy mountains high
With distant stars to guide the way ahead
A search for signs in a land so chill
Can’t drown the sound of hope
Where the ice winds blew
Flowing like rivers slow, a story, a mystery in crystal blue against the sun
With passing time, natures force spans for a million years
Ancient times frozen, a wonderous scene of beauty beyond serene
Hold against the tide, sealed in the glass, opaque the sea
Until the warmth brought by the winds melts the ice reveal remains
Unfurl the treasures of the world, trace of a memory.
Span of time, rivers flow, mystery, crystal blue, passing time, natures force,
ancient world, made of ice, majesty, frozen land, wonderous sight, valley path,

Generations with passing perspectives lost ages unending for daughters and sons
Always living with no choice to leave now just captive and stay through an eternal night
Many years will be our destiny to find a far-off home with a biosphere
to start anew around a distant star on a world on which to live our lives
Finding the ‘why?’ resolving to try
Just a steppingstone for those who’ll come next to start over time and see sunshine again
Lessons learned with no meaning a future with memories for somebody else
Many others endure a life in a faux world and pointless to seek something new
There’s a truth in our hearts that we’ve known from the ages the questions uncover the past
start anew around a distant star on a world on which to live our lives

Now we’re so far away, the past is a dream

Life, we were so much alive, reaching the stars
